NEVHC’s Mission, Vision & History
Policy:
The NEVHC Mission Statement will reflect the purposes of the organization as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws.
The NEVHC Mission Statement will support the mission of the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration which is to improve health and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce and innovative programs.

Mission:
The Mission of Northeast Valley Health Corporation is to provide quality, safe and comprehensive primary healthcare to medically underserved residents of Los Angeles County, particularly in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys, in a manner that is sensitive to the economic, social, cultural and linguistic needs of the community.
Vision:
Northeast Valley Health Corporation will be an integral part of a system that provides healthcare access to all.

Procedure:
- The Board of Directors adopts and revises as needed the NEVHC Mission, Vision and Values.
- The Board will review its decisions for conformance with the Mission as part of its annual self assessment.
- The Mission, Vision and Values will be included in the NEVHC Corporate Policy and Procedure Manual and will be displayed on the NEVHC webpage at NEVHC.org
