I’m a dermatologist – I rated the new skincare products at Walmart including an anti-ager for under $13

ANTI-aging cream including retinol can be found for an inexpensive price under the Walmart brand.

Walmart brand, Equate, is offering a Beauty Wrinkle Correcting Serum said to be good for erasing fine lines and age spots priced at just $13.

A well-known dermatologist and skin product reviewer on YouTube Dr. Dray (@drdrayzday) even recommended the product in a video as a good bang for your buck.

Dray explained the anti-aging product includes two staple ingredients that make it good quality.

This includes Retinol and a stable form of vitamin C.

“Retinol is good for wrinkles, fine lines age spots,” Dray said.

“A stable form of vitamin C may help with dark spots.”

It is also said to be comparable to a name-brand product called RoC Skincare which is known for being good quality.

To use the product, Walmart gave instructions that said: “Use on cleansed and dried skin in the morning and/or evening.

“Smooth product over face and neck, allowing the product to absorb completely.”

“Experiencing a slight tingling or tightness is normal during the use of this product and is a sign that the product is working.”

People took to the reviews on the Walmart website to explain their experience with the product with many positive results.

One user said: “I really like the results of this serum. It’s doing exactly what I needed it to do, and at a very reasonable price. I found the smell to be pleasant, and not overwhelming at all. I will definitely repurchase.”

A second user said: “I love, love, love this product!! It’s just like the name brand equivalent, only a MUCH more reasonable price!”
